2026 Get Out Girl Surf & Paddle Jam
13th Annual Event | The Largest All-Female Surf & Paddle Event in the U.S.
Join us for a powerful, one-of-a-kind Operation Get Out experience bringing women together on the water for restoration, connection, and renewal through surf and paddle.
This annual gathering is more than an event, it is a living legacy of healing through nature and water.
This event is held in honor of Kristin McLain and Jessica Hollis, two beloved Travis County first responders whose lives of service, courage, and connection to the water continue to shape this mission. Kristin, a STAR Flight rescue nurse, and Jessica, a Travis County Sheriff’s Deputy, both understood the restorative power of time on the water as a way to reset after the demands of frontline service. Their lives were tragically lost in the line of duty, and their legacy now lives forward through every woman who steps onto the water in this community.
Through Operation Get Out, their story has become a catalyst for something larger: a movement dedicated to using nature and water as tools for healing, resilience, and reconnection for first responders, military, nurses, veterans, and frontline workers.
Proceeds and participation directly support these populations, with a focus on creating fully sponsored access for female frontline heroes who otherwise may not be able to attend.
All experience levels are welcome, from first-time paddlers to seasoned surfers. All-female ambassador instructors and an intentional, supportive environment ensure every participant feels safe, included, and empowered.
Sponsored registration is available for qualifying female frontline heroes; space is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Inquire at info@operationgetout.org.
This is an intentionally capped, high-demand event that reaches capacity each year. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
Come as you are. Leave stronger, more connected, and recharged by the water.

Adaptive Training Foundation Redeploy
Beyond The Wake Experience
Operation Get Out is honored to welcome athletes from the Adaptive Training Foundation for a day on the water designed to create possibility, connection, growth, and the power of shared experiences.
Together, we'll spend the day boating, wakesurfing, and building community in an environment where every participant is supported, encouraged, and empowered to discover what's possible. Water has a remarkable way of leveling the playing field, creating moments of confidence, freedom, laughter, and accomplishment that extend far beyond the shoreline.
These intentional experiences are about more than recreation. They're opportunities to strengthen community, create meaningful connections, and remind every participant that life's changing tides can also open the door to new possibilities.
Your support makes days like this possible, allowing Operation Get Out to continue providing evidence-informed experiences that bring people together through the restorative power of nature and water.
